After a couple years, I’ve finally completed another warband for Warhammer Underworlds. Just in time for the second season to be released. Averon is the same Averon I entered into the Crystal Brush competition at Adepticon 2019, and ended up making the first cut (yay!).
I continued with the NMM gold scheme with the rest of the unit. Though the rocks on the base ended up a different colour than Averon. Maybe I’ll go back and make him compliant.
I think I will play in a couple Underworlds tournaments at the local GW with the Stormsires to get some mileage, but they are in my first 1000 points of my Cities of Sigmar Freeguild Hallowheart army. Keyword shenanigans can make them part of the warscroll battalion with other wizards, love it.

I made a thin deck box design. These are two deck boxes with different engravings for the deck I have in each. They hold about 40 sleeved cards, with some room on the sides for a couple tokens. Takes about 30-45 minutes to cut the MDF and engrave the logo and text. I added a couple pairs of magnets to help seal the lid.

My first warband in Warhammer Underworlds. Orruk aesthetics have always drawn me. But have never gotten an army. One day, I will get into AoS and start an Iron Jawz army.
I painted these over the course of 8 hours, speed painting late into the night, to have them ready for a tournament. I didn’t have to even paint them, but as a complete dunce at gaming, I should at least have e a painted army lol. Ended up not last, better than what I thought I was going to do XD
