My first warband in Warhammer Underworlds. Orruk aesthetics have always drawn me. But have never gotten an army. One day, I will get into AoS and start an Iron Jawz army.

I painted these over the course of 8 hours, speed painting late into the night, to have them ready for a tournament. I didn’t have to even paint them, but as a complete dunce at gaming, I should at least have e a painted army lol. Ended up not last, better than what I thought I was going to do XD

I finished up 2 of the boss models in this commission. First, we have a Goblin King being carried around by his shield bearers, by Avatars of War. Second, is a Savage Orc Warboss from Games Workshop. I followed colour schemes for both models.

I found it interesting to do an Orc with that much flesh texture. Tattoos are an unusual thing for me to do as well! That was cool. I loved doing different skin tones for the Orc and Goblin. I think it adds to their character.

Finished this beauty. Nazgob, Orc Great Shaman. Painted to my display standard, I got in some blending. I really like his protruding lip and the giant bone (mushroom?) he’s carrying as his staff. I made his lip and scar on his arm a vomit yellow colour, as I felt Orcs don’t necessarily have red blood like we do. His giant staff was full of intricate details, engraved into the bone itself. Awesome model.

I have finally gotten to this commission. It’s been waiting for my loving touch for a bit.

In the LotR corner, we have many on horseback. There are 2 more Sons of Eorl, 6 horseback archers, and a shield maiden (metal head), and a Great Eagle. There are also 13 native warriors that are in categorical limbo. Their bases say not Malifaux, but their bodies say probably not LotR. A bit of conversion work on them, giving them blow darts instead of shields.

I did get a bit over zealous and built the second Great Eagle. The commission only called for one… Ill just put down my glue and step away lol.

A single Nazgob Orc Great Shaman, an old school sculpt filled with character.

In the Malifaux corner, we have a handful of ninja Gremlins, a Slop Hauler, and a Whiskey Golem.

I have also tried out my new Canon T5i camera. So pretty. I have some work to do to perfect the shots, some grain to get rid of and some cropping to fix.

Finished painting this pewter Gobbo figure. He has so much character. I just see him photobombing the Mad Max movie in every chase scene XD

This was a display piece. Lots of blending and shading was done. I used a picture of the model painted as an example to follow.

The first models are completed for prototype colour schemes on the minions. Since they are in blocks of 15-20, it is usually a good idea to to a few test models first before committing to a scheme. The bases are fairly bland as grey, so I will be experimenting with different colours. The base is ripply or wavy, so maybe a khaki, like sand, would work.
